A Strategic Position
We are located in the heart of Marina Centro, overlooking the Parco del Mare for regenerating strolls, but also just a few kilometers from the Rimini Fair, the Palacongressi in Riccione and the Palacongressi in Rimini, which can be easily reached by a refreshing walk through the park. Truly convenient for attending the many events taking place in the surrounding area.
Verdi Room
The Verdi Room is a large, rectangular, column-free room of about 65 square metres. It is illuminated by natural light and can accommodate 25 people in a horseshoe layout and 35 people in a theatre layout. Perfect for conventions and meetings, it offers all of the useful equipment: a marketing kit with notepads, sheets of paper and pens, video projector, screen, microphones, fast Wi-Fi connection and mineral water and sweets for participants.
Cavour Room
The Cavour Room is a cosier room, about 21 square metres in size, equipped with a single table that can accommodate a maximum of 15 people. Ideal for interviews and confidential meetings, it also offers a perfect environment for business calls away from the noise. It also has a marketing kit with notepads, sheets of paper and pens, a fast Wi-Fi connection, and mineral water and sweets for the participants.
Coffee break, lunch and cocktails
During a meeting, a refreshment break allows you to resume work with greater momentum and lucidity, which is why, on request, we can organise quick coffee breaks, cocktails or light lunches to be enjoyed in the relaxation of the elegant Vespucci Terrace.
